Terms and Conditions
Your gambling contract
When you register or use the gambling services, you enter a binding agreement with BV Gaming Limited, trading as Smooth Spins. The company is registered in Gibraltar with registration number 42734. Its Great Britain gambling licence is issued by the Gambling Commission under account 39576. Global Media Group Services Limited licenses the Smooth Spins brand name.
Your agreement includes general conditions, offer conditions, withdrawal and payout policies, game rules and safer gambling rules. Where additional rules conflict with the general conditions, the general conditions take priority.
Eligibility and registration
You must have reached your eighteenth birthday and be legally permitted to gamble where you are located. Register for yourself, using accurate personal and contact details, and update them when they change. You cannot buy, sell or transfer an account, or manage one for somebody else. Previous account closure with this operator or another of its brands can prevent registration. An active gambling exclusion also prevents you from joining.
Verification and access
Identity, age, affordability and funding checks may happen at registration and again later. You may need to supply documents and cooperate with checks involving credit reference agencies or fraud prevention providers. Access, transactions or payments can remain restricted while these checks are incomplete. Unresolved verification can lead to suspension and eventual closure. Keep your login credentials private and report lost account details promptly.
Funding your balance
Use pounds sterling and a personal payment method bearing your own name. Payments from another person or a business are invalid and related winnings can be cancelled. Available methods and deposit thresholds appear in the cashier. Report changed payment details, a stolen card or suspected identity fraud. You must not reverse a deposit or request a chargeback, and you may have to repay losses caused by doing so.
Wagers and payouts
Your stake cannot exceed your balance or the applicable game limit. A transaction needs acceptance, payment and its identifying transaction code before it is valid. Maximum daily payouts apply across the operator’s brands, with gaming jackpots excepted from the general daily cap. These limits can restrict the amount payable even when a displayed win is higher.
Taking money out
You can request cleared cash once deposits have settled, verification is complete and applicable withdrawal conditions are met. Bonus requirements, legal restrictions and investigations into irregular play or game faults can affect payment. The standard minimum is £5. Customer Services can assist with smaller balances of at least £1, while amounts below £1 cannot be processed. Payouts normally return to your main funding method. If this is impossible for reasons beyond your control, alternative arrangements may be discussed.
Offers and fair use
Promotional participation is subject to general and individual offer conditions. An offer already joined or accrued normally keeps its original conditions when promotions change, subject to legal and regulatory restrictions. Fraud, collusion, duplicate accounts and automated assistance with gameplay are prohibited. Suspected misconduct can lead to investigation and restricted access to funds. Proven breaches may result in closure and cancellation or recovery of sums attributable to that conduct.
Errors during play
Stop using an affected game and contact Customer Services if you notice or suspect a fault. Transactions affected by errors or malfunctions can be cancelled, including associated winnings. Money credited by mistake may be recovered. After a disconnection, games needing another decision may resume from their previous position. Where your actions can no longer affect the outcome, settlement can proceed without you being connected.
Closure and inactivity
You can request closure through Customer Services, with processing within 24 hours. You remain responsible for activity until closure takes effect. Any positive balance is repayable unless contractual or legal withholding applies. Reopening requires agreement and acceptance of the conditions then in force.
Dormancy begins after 396 consecutive days without a deposit, withdrawal, wager or bingo purchase. A zero balance leads to restriction without an inactivity charge. With funds remaining, contact and repayment attempts come first. Continued dormancy for at least 30 days after the first notification attempt can trigger a £5 monthly administration charge, collected monthly or annually with advance notice. Collection ends when the balance is exhausted, fully withdrawn or the account is reactivated through login and a qualifying transaction.
After five years from the last transaction, a dormant account is anonymised and its remaining balance reclassified for accounting. You can still request repayment, subject to permitted withholding and withdrawal minimums.
Changes and your rights
Material contractual changes require as much advance notice as reasonably practicable. Continuing to use the services accepts those changes. If you disagree, stop using them and request closure. Liability exclusions cannot remove protections that the law does not allow to be excluded, including statutory consumer rights and liability for fraud.
